Seejaykay Privacy Policy
Effective October 1, 2026.
This policy explains what Seejaykay LLC collects in our apps and on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to every Seejaykay app. Not every app uses every service described here; an app that doesn't offer accounts, ads, or sharing doesn't collect what those features need.
The short version
- What you make stays on your device unless you share it.
- You don't need an account to use our apps. Accounts are for sharing, and they're for people 13 and older.
- We don't sell your information, and our apps don't track you across other companies' apps and websites.
- Every ad request in our apps is marked as directed to children, so ads aren't personalized.
- You can delete your account from inside our apps.
What we collect and why
Things you make
Things you make in our apps, such as skins and add-ons, are saved on your device. We receive them only when you share or upload them.
Accounts
Our apps use Games Pro Network, our account service, so one account works across them. Creating an account asks for an email address, a username, and a password. We use the email address to confirm the account, to reset your password, and to send notices about your account. Unless you ask us not to, we may also email you about new apps, features, and offers, or about changes to this policy. Your username appears on what you share, so it shouldn't be your real name.
You must be 13 or older to create an account, sign in, or share. Some apps ask for a birth month and year first; they keep only whether you're 13 or older, on your device, and never send us the birth date.
Sharing
When you share or upload a creation, we receive it with its name and any description, settings, or images, and your username and account ID. We may keep the IP address it came from with it, to stop abuse. Our team reviews shared creations before other players can see them. Once approved, a shared creation is public: anyone using the app can see it with your username and download it, and some apps let players remix it. Copies that other players already downloaded stay on their devices.
Reports on creations record the reason chosen, not who sent them. Hiding or blocking a creator changes only what you see on your device; we don't learn whom you hid.
Votes and comments
With an account, you can vote on shared creations and, where an app offers it, comment on them. We store each vote with your account ID. Anyone can see how many upvotes a creation has, but not who voted, and downvotes are never shown. Comments show your username to other signed-in players. They're checked for personal details and mean words before they post. Anyone with an account can report one; we keep which account reported it, so each player can report a comment only once, and reported comments are hidden while our team checks them. Deleting your account deletes your votes and comments.
Purchases
Subscriptions and other purchases in our apps are sold through Apple, which handles payment. We never see your payment details. RevenueCat, the service that tells an app what you've bought, receives your purchase history and a random ID created for the app. When you sign in, RevenueCat uses your account ID instead, so purchases follow your account.
Analytics
Our apps send events about how they're used, such as opening a screen or saving a creation, to our analytics providers, MostlyGoodMetrics and TelemetryDeck. Events include the device model, the iOS and app versions, and an approximate location based on the IP address, never your precise location. They're linked to the random ID used for purchases, or to your account ID while you're signed in; TelemetryDeck receives that ID only in a scrambled (hashed) form. We use events to find problems and improve our apps, not for advertising, and we don't sell them.
Ads
Players without a subscription may see ads from Google AdMob, such as ads they choose to watch for a reward and occasional full-screen ads. Every ad request is marked as directed to children and under the age of consent, for players of every age, so Google doesn't use it to personalize ads. Our apps don't ask to track you across other companies' apps and websites. Where the law requires consent, an app shows Google's consent message, and its Settings let you change your answer. RevenueCat records which ads were shown and what they earned, linked to the same random ID. Google describes how it uses information from apps that show its ads in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Game Center
Games in our apps can save scores and achievements to Apple's Game Center when you're signed in to it. Apple handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Camera, photos, and reminders
Apps that use the camera, for example to show a skin in augmented reality, keep the camera view on your device. Apps ask for photo access only to import images or save your creations, and those images reach us only if you upload them. Reminders you turn on are scheduled on your device, and we don't receive a notification address for it.
Our servers and this website
Like any internet service, our servers receive your device's IP address with each request. They use it to answer the request and to limit abuse. Download counts don't record who downloaded. This website doesn't use cookies or analytics.
Children
Many of our players are young, so we treat every player as possibly under 13. Anyone can make things and play without an account. For players without an account, we collect only what the apps need to work: the random ID for purchases, analytics, and ads, and the IP address that comes with each request. We don't ask children for a name, email address, photo, or location.
If we learn that a child under 13 created an account or shared something, we delete the account and what it shared. A parent can email us to review or delete their child's information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help run our apps, and only for that purpose:
- Apple, for App Store purchases and Game Center.
- RevenueCat, for purchases and ad reports.
- Google AdMob, for ads.
- MostlyGoodMetrics and TelemetryDeck, for analytics.
- DigitalOcean and Cloudflare, which host our servers, shared creations, and this website.
We don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect players' safety.
How long we keep it
We keep account information until you delete your account, and shared creations until you or we remove them. Analytics events and ad reports stay with the providers above while they help us improve our apps. Records we must keep by law, such as purchase records Apple keeps, follow those rules.
Your choices
- Use our apps without an account.
- Delete your account in an app's Settings. That deletes your Games Pro Network account in every app.
- Remove something you shared in the app you shared it from, where the app offers it, or email us.
- Stop marketing emails with the link in any of them, or by emailing us.
- Change your ad consent in an app's Settings, where the app shows Privacy Choices.
- Turn reminders off in the app's Settings or in iOS Settings.
- Email apps@seejaykay.com to see, correct, delete, or get a copy of what we have about you, or to object to how we use it. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honor them, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
Security
Our apps send information to us over encrypted connections, and only people who need it to run our apps can see it.
